SHOCKING SERVICE FROM EBUCKS

After spending two hours trying to book travel through Ebucks, phoned your travel call centre. Told Lerato what my problem was re booking. Oh no, can't book through Internet Explorer, go through Google Chrome? Would be nice if you could let your customers know on your website!! Asked Lerato to book over phone; after spending 10 minutes of this get to the "what is the address on your profile? " Gave her my postal address. Oh no, we haven't got those details! With her offering no solution to this I ended the call, . Went to profile on Ebucks. The address I gave to her WAS the one on my profile. I feel she was being less than helpful. Tried again through Chrome this time but would not accept my payment even trying twice. Booked through Mango the total booking time FIVE MINUTES. Good luck Ebucks with service like this most of your time will be spent servicing complaints like mine.
