No Ability to Solver Problems

Ive been an FNB client since 2008.
My service provider has said ebucks should exist on my profile.

I have an eBucks profile. The accounts for some reason were not linked and no body can tell me whats happening.

Please advise and how can I be sure that bucks were earned for rands spent.
