NEVER again travel through ebucks!!

First I tried to change my flights and bookings. Because "these fees do not go to eBucks but directly to the suppliers, as they are the change fees the suppliers charge not eBucks" so I don't get my 20% discount on this, paying full price.

My flight was on the 24th October 2013 to Durban (from jhb). I booked a hotel in Durban with the idea of being close to Gateway Center, as I was there for a sports competition for the weekend. I didn't book a car because I was close enough to walk... that's what I thought. When I got to the hotel, I found out that there is 2 Umhlanga protea hotels... now as a "gautenger", how I am suppose to know that??!! So at 21:00 at night, I arrived at the hotel (at gateway) and I tried to move my booking. They just refused! Reason being, it's been booked through a 3rd party. And nowhere can I find a 'in case of emergency' after hours number for ebucks travel. At the end I had to book myself out of Protea Hotels, with no help at all, and re-book myself into another hotel at the Gateway shopping center, costing me and extra R2600. PASSING THE BUCK! Apparently, after sales is non-existing at ebucks travel, couldn't care less about me as client!!
