Reported card on my account totalling R1220.00 on 21/12/13 and stopped my cards today on 2/1/14 without having got a new card a debit of R12594.00 from [URL Removed] from card that was supposed to be cancelled on 21/12/14. No one has contacted me since I reported my case no: 3547905 and more money taken from my account which should be impossible. Is this how you look after your clients money? I will be moving to FNB - hopefully they can treat me better as well as look after my money.
