Nedbank

It is somewhat very disturbing that I'm pulled over the coals for not having sufficient identity information to change details my account but when I requested who changed my details in the beginning nobody could answer me.
Sad to see how Nedbank treats it's customers especially when their customers that are in need. It's been about a week now and I still have not heard anything from Nedbank at Tygervalley Center. You would think of something as serious as, the matter will be dealt swiftly. I think I must go to the police station to opening a case of against Nedbank. I'm forced to take drastic measures to ensure the safety of my account at Nedbank.
