I've been with Absa for 38 years. But, their International banking service (call centre) has made me want to change banks as from today. A week ago I phoned the call centre and it took all of 30 minutes before my call was answered. Only to be told they are offline. A week later I phoned again and again had to wait 30 minutes before someone answered and again I was told their computers are offline so they cannot help or assist me. I cannot do business like this.
