ABSA Inward Foreign Funds Transfers Offline

ABSA Inward Foreign Funds Transfers have been offline since 8am today (9 September). Call centre agents do not have an explanation as to when the service will be restored (one agent told me ABSA's IT Department have not responded to their request for information as to what is causing the problem and when a fix can be expected).

Secondly, I call ABSA's Inward Foreign Funds Transfers call centre (011 335 4020) on a monthly basis - for the past 3, 5 years - the default message is "we are experiencing high call volumes -, hold on the line, please call back later...". This message has been played forever to callers. When are ABSA going to fix the "high caller volumes" problem and either hire more agents or simplify/automate their systems?
