I logged onto and registered to ucounts. And on registering SMS's came to the correct cell number. In August I notice that there was another cell number. I went to the Standard bank branch' they counld not assist as this did not affect my normal accounts, only the Ucounts. I have logged 2 other calls since then and had no resolve to this problem. This means I have credits on my Ucount but are not able to claim them. The call centers are friendly but not able to resolve the problem. 5 months to correct a cell number, that is correct on all other systems???
