"I forgot" she says

After posting twice on about my EFT not being increased temporarily after having been to the bank on 12/12/2013 I phoned the complaint centre myself on 20/12/2013. Seems the lady assigned to my case at the centre, was on leave and nobody else was assigned. After having to explain everything again and numerous phone calls later it took me having to go into the bank again on a Friday afternoon at month end to see that my limit was increased. And the reason for the delay? Miss Xaba "forgot" to do confirmation of funds because she had a hectic week. Really? Is that it? Well miss Xaba because of you I nearly missed the payment deadline for the deposit on a house. I sincerely hope that disciplinary action will be taken against you. And now, to add insult to injury, I am missing another R2 500 of my normal monthly EFT limit. Where has that gone? Not nice at this time of year. Of all the people I dealt with - Miss Xaba, Clint Peterson, Hannetjie, Tebogo (she is another complaint on her own), Nicholas Mlangini - I would like to thank Clint, as it seems he is the only person competent to do his job. I am pretty at this poor service. Ref. 56096118
