I would hereby like to official log a complaint to AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM division
I had a transaction on my account about a month ago
o Card destroyed
o New card issued
I have not even used my card at any unfamiliar places neither has the card left my sight,
And now I have a transaction of USD708.53 that went of today, of the new card that you have issued.
And now this becomes my problem - because your incompetent intelligence team can't detect the transaction
I find this COMPLETELY unbelievable/acceptable as why would I be booking airline tickets AGAIN at odd hours of the morning,
Your services clearly lack security in terms of safety for clients - Unless it's an inside job within your intuition?
I want this resolved today at your inconvenience not mine because you can't protect me as a client from
