First off - I cannot apply for a consolidation loan in a branch only via the phone?
Second - I cannot consolidate credit card debt?
I spoke to Quincy and advised that I am over my head in credit card debt (from FNB) and need to have it consolidated, if I cannot do that my next course of action is to go the sequestration route.
FNB would rather see me sequestrated than assist me to get my debt under control?
I am very confused how FNB would rather lose out on some of their money and see me sequestrated than assist me to settle all of my debt with them in a civilized way that benefits us both.
