After I have sequestrated Standard bank vehicle and asset finance took money from my account without notice. This is the 3rd repeat. The 1st two times I explained to service provider that i have been sequestrated and the transaction was reversed. This time their conduct was done in a unethical manner. The bank manipulated their own system so that the sms notification only came through after business has closed for the day and this was done on this Friday 24 January 2014. They were on previous occasions clearly made aware of my sequestration that was finalized in 2009. The relevant court documentation confirming my sequestration was given to standard bank to ensure they don't repeat their uncalled for unprofessional action. Ombudsman complaint and damages claims to follow.
