Still waiting for a call back

I am personally ok with wonga, but I cannot remove my account details on their website as stated to be easy and simple... all I need to do is remove one of my accounts from their website... I called two weeks ago and was told it has been escalated to be sorted with a tot of 24 and once that is done then I will receive a call but 24 hrs is over even if it was 24 working hours which is 3 days... so I'm not sure if this is a way of telling I cannot use their services anymore
