Very poor service

I applied for a loan and it was accepted and I received an email on Monday 18 February 2013 that the money has left their account is being sent to mine. Nothing happened and I phoned on Wednesday to double check the account details. The wonga lady told me that because I am with FNB i should have chosen the option for a "current" account, even though I have a savings account. Nothing was mentioned on the website. the money now has to "bounce back" and then I need to change account and then it will be sent. Whats the use of it takes longer than a bank loan and the staff at the call centre are just ridiculously rude. Wonga in the UK works (been there, used them). In SA... not so much. 3 days later... still waiting for the money to bounce back... Wonga will probably blame FNB now. Disgusting service! I see a 169 comlaints already
