I am so disappointed in Wonga. And i need help. I have made use of wonga services and i must say they are pretty quick. How ever 26/04/2013 a Direct Debit has been taken from my account R3027.67 Which is what i owed. I stopped using wonga and received an sms from Wonga advising i owe them R147.49.I called the collections and they requested i send an email with my bank statement showing the full amount was deducted. I sent a follow up email a week before and still got no response.

Today 05/08/2013 i got an sms advising my account is handed over to VVM for collections for R147.49.

I am really disappointed in how Wonga has dealt with this and i would really like to know what is going on. No calls no emails nothing.

According to the Website R3027.67 is what i owed and on time that money was deducted from my account
