First For Women Insurance
Administration timeliness are becoming insensitive

I have a CLEAR insurance claim. The police even took a statement from the person who caused it saying he caused it. Pieter has kept me abreast but its not a deliverable. Amongst items taken by Insurance are my curtains as they say the moles cannot be dry cleaned they must be replaced. Living in a home without curtains is humiliating. I thought to be reasonable but from the 30th November to the 30th December is a full month. I would be useless not to have feelings for my baby and wife. Tomorrow i am replacing the curtains from my pocket i am not certain HOW LONG this process could take and how long i will still place my family without curtains. When i wanted insurance they were not there. Lani paid out R2000 for spoilt food, at least this covered my shortfall during this festive season. I can see Pieter always calls but Somehow humans dont want to hear about prolonged administration, we serve some human need in any business undertaking and people become upset and feel ill treated if the internal delays add injury to the pain already being suffered. Lets see who at First for Women went through the festives under similar conditions
