Terrible Service on Claim Payments

I had submitted a Severe Illness Benefit claim to Discovery Life the claim was approved on the 18th of December 2013 this was confirmed by Vusi from the claims call centre. He said that the payment would be made in 48 hours and that someone would give me a call to confirm the payment as well as the amount.

No one had called by the 20th of December 2013 so I called the call centre and spoke to Ebrahim who said it was at management awaiting a second approval for payment and should be finalized by Monday the 23 of December and that a manger, Joe would give me a call.

Still no one called me so I called the call centre again on the 23rd and spoke to Steven, who said it is at management and has been escalated and should be finalized shortly and that a manager would give me a call.

No one called me, I called the call centre again on the 24th and spoke to Steven again who said that is has been escalated again and that Fiona the manager would call me

No one called me so again I call the call centre today (30th December) and speak to Liezel and have been told it has been escalated and that I should call on Thursday the 2nd of January 2014 to check.

Please can you pay my approved claim?
