Phoned Auto and General on the 27/12 to check why the d/o for Jan didn't go off & get a cheaper premium for 2014 as I am paying for 2 cars, only to get told that the premium is now changing to /-R3100 from /-R2600!!! What freaken madness, so I tell them that I will call on Mon the 30/12 to cancel after getting a cheaper option. The d/o of R2600 went off after the call on the 27th. Phoned today to cancel the agreement from the 31st of Jan, only to get told that another d/o will b going off tomorrow the 31st!!! for the remaining bal. What since when can you just inform someone of an enormous change in premium & then debit a day later!!! This is day light!! Even worse I get told to call my bank to to stop extra the d/o, 20 calls later back & forth my bank cannot help me, now the tell me that the d/o will go off 2morrow but will be credited by nxt week Mon. Is this the service I pay for??? First I get told nonsense, the incompetent staff give me the run arround & after all this I get asked what can they do to make me stay after my money, lets see if I even get a call or a resolution to this drama!!! Bunch of freaken!!!
