Where's my money?

On 291013 had a print out of my loan, that showed I owed 807.71.In November I got debitedR1084.I went into the Fnb Brackenhurst who called the relevent department to querie the amount.we spoke to a guy named Sagen who confirmed they had over debited me&I will receive my credit of 276.29.(Still awaiting credit) than on 151213, I got debited again R787.00 the loan that I now owe R0, & still awaiting credit. I went into the FNB at the Glen& spoke to Nobeni in the relevent department- she agreed that theR787.00had been incorrectly debited as it shows i oweR0, reason being all debit orders were being proceed early before christmas &I'll receive my credit within 24hours! After waiting 5 days&no credit. I returned to Fnb theglen&spoke to Sindiswa in the relevent department. I was informed that a credit of R568.98 will be given- I explained to her that I will not accept this, as a debit ofR787, was debited&I'm still waiting for the credit from November. She informed me a enquery into this will be made&I should receive my full credit on 311213. Today I receive a credit of R568.98 - Where is my other R276.29 (Nov)&R218.02 (dec). I want my full Credit!!!
