I notified Auto and General about the Fitment of tracker in my Toyota Hilux and asked them to call me back to explain to me about the effect it will have on my premium. I received a call from Sarah on Wednesday around 15h00. She explained to me what needs to be done and she give me the other options that i have. She said Auto and General can take up the contract and I pay them and not pay tracker directly and she give me the new premium based on that. she also said i can continue to pay for tracker directly and my premium will degrees and she gave me the premium amount. I personally found her service to be of the highest quality and If I call again I would request to speak to here
