Card payment with checks and follow-up

I made a credit card payment to the Audi Fourways at the dealership. At first, the transaction showed up in an sms to me that the payment went to Scrumpy Jacks Farm Stadra. I was very concerned that the details showed up incorrectly, and called the FNB card to correct it.

Lesego (I didn't get the surname) did not only help me to stop the payment going to the wrong hand, but she also made sure that she called me back at the agreed time (over 3 days) to direct me how to proceed with the paperwork. She even checked whether she was working that Saturday, so that she can assist me, or she was going to assign someone who can look after this case.
