Incorrect Late Payment Charges

Card Division is the most frustrating place to be caught up on the telephone. I tried calling to find out why I was charged late payment fees, the very arrogant Lesego tells me that I paid late. No madam, you are gravely mistaken and moreover must not be seeing straight.

I make payments without receiving statements, as I pay more than the required amount. In December I was over eager to make the Jan13 payment and somehow the payment got caught up in Dec Statement run, FNB merely goes and charges late payment and start their irritating messages of arrears!

Trying to escalate this matter as Lesego cannot see reason, Mr Wayne Fick was not at his desk. Where are you Mr Fick? Should you not be at your desk? Helping clients.

I want the payments to reflect correctly. I want the late payment charges reversed and I don't want to hear about arrears! Get it?
