I joined sanlam reality early this year. The problem is I can not get services that reality offers because I am a foreign national and not in possession of a South african Identity. I tried to buy movie tickets on their website, but because I do not have a south african ID the service is not available to me. I contacted the booking department, with fail and it seems they can not do anything to assist me. I dont know for how long they will fix their wevsite to accomodate foreign nationals.
