I RECEIVED A SMS THAT I NEED TO PAY CREDIT CARD...! WHICH I HAD JUST MADE PAYMENT IN THE MORNING VIA INTERNET BANKING.
WHEN I CALLED BLAKE PICKED UP GAVE HIM ALL DETAILS HE ASKED FOR...! IN WHICH HE RESPONDED THAT A FURTHER R20 HAS TO BE MADE. WHEN I PUT THE PHONE DOWN I CHECKED THAT I MAD A PAYMENT OF R250 WHICH IS MORE THAN WHAT IS DUE.
SO I CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY AND CONSTANCE ANSWERED GAVE HER DETAILS AS REQUESTED I TOLD THAT I MADE A PAYMENT OF R250 SHE BECAME VERY RUDE WHEN I SAID THAT BLAKE NEEDS TO DO HIS JOB CORRECT WITH CORRECT INFORMATION IN WHICH CASE SHE HUNG UP ON ME...! VERY OFF
