I have logged a claim on 06 January and followed it up a couple of days later. The month of the accident was corrected on the claim and informed that the resource above is handlling my claim. I have since attempted to call him on Monday 20 Jan and was told he was off. I have not received any matter on this claim since logged and cannot get hold of this call centre agent. I am terribly dissapointed by MiWay, this service is completely unacceptable.
