Cartrack incorrectly debited account

I had a Cartrack unit installed in my car in October and Cartrack debited my account incorrectly with the first years' fees upfront. I have been speaking to the accounts department since October for a refund but they are unable to help me as the person responsible for authorising such a payment seems to not be contactable. It is now over 3 months and still nothing.
