I need my paid up lette

I was handed over by foschini with an amount of R903.38. On the 07Nov 13 I called them to make payment arragement and they gave me the FNB banking details to pay and that's what I did same day and fax proof of payment and I was promised I will get a paidup letter within 24hrs of them receiving proof of pay even today I haven't recievd it and the reference they said I must use its 17989516
