I visited the FNB Centurion branch on 21/11/2013 to close my credit card account and arrange for the credit balance to be transferred to my ABSA bank account. I received all the necessary forms and completed it and destroyed the card as required. On 26/11/2013 I phoned the card division and spoke to Brendon Daniels who said that it will be processed within 7 working days. On 2/12/2013 I phoned the card division again and spoke to Siphamandla but still no process. This continued on 11/12/2013 when I spoke to Vuyu and emailed all the documents through again. On 20/12/2013 I spoke to Waseem Mohamed and today, 30/12/2013, to Busiwe Khumalo.

It has been 6 weeks now and I still have not received my credit balance or any response regarding my query.

Please tend to this matter urgently
