Call centre agents I don't understand you call them and ask for the correct procedure for a debit order processed directly from my Salary which I don't remember saying they should take directly from my salary what I remember agreeing to is they can take from my bank account. Nevertheless after I saw that all I wanted to do is close the loan account immediately cut my losses in other words the shock of my life when I noticed that they are taking from my Salary. Now after I closed the loan account on the 15th of July and faxed the requested documents soon after I received an sms informing me that my loan account with them has been closed. To my surprise my payslip indicates that on the 26th of July another debit went through I don't owe them any more but my a debit went through. I decide to call them and ask that they refund me on the 26th and was told to fax my payslip and id copy and I did just that only to call them today to be told that they can see my request for a refund but I need to contact credit control they don't have the powers to refund me I mean I had to call no one attended to my request on the 26th. No bothers too what was I suppose to forget about my money???
