FNB is such a disappointment.. They advertise that there service is so awesome, perhaps Steve is a, cause the client response time is appalling..
I am a private banking client, (if that means anything).. I had suspected on my cheque account, I first contacted FNB on the 20th NOVEMBER!!! To date, which is the 28th, I have had no feedback on the situation.. After many calls and emails, STILL nothing!!! FNB promises a speedy response within 7 to 14 days.. They LIE!!! LIE, LIE!!!
