Pathetic service from FNB Private Banking

Since joining this elite group I only had trouble, cost deductions that is suppose to be free (I confirmed that it should indeed be free more than a month ago) still the costs have not been reversed more than R 1000! Costs being deducted where its suppose to be free, no feedback!
I believe the was the worst choice I made was to upgrade to a Private Client account at FNB.
