Shocking customer service attitude!!!

Dear FNB upon calling in to obtain assistance because your website service to reset a banking username and password does not work, we unfortunately were assisted by a very rude and abrupt Kelebogile Shawe. For a bank that prides itself on internet and customer service you are not getting either right!!!
