On the 12th of December, 2 installments were deducted from my account without any prior knowledge of this. My normal debit order date is the 25th of each month. I sent an e-mail to Client Services on the 12th. And on the 15th, I received a letter via e-mail from Laurika Carstens, to state that my money will be refunded to me in maximum 72 hours. On the 23rd of December, I followed up were my funds were, because nothing was refunded back to me. Then on the same day Laurika came back and said it would be in my account the same day. Nothing happened. I informed Laurika the day after.
Please advise what is going on. Why would the insurance company in the first place deduct double installments over Christmas, on a date which was never communicated or agreed upon?
