Bad client service and absulutely customer care

I applied for Medical Insurance with these company end of Jan 2013 and it took them 4 months to send me a welcome package after I had complaint so many times. I then requested to cancel eventually and a refund for what I had paid already. A lady by the name of Marlize told me rudely I will not get my money. Well I am a fighter and up until this day we are fighting for my refund. They did agree to refund R1620 but did it in error to old closed bank account. Now they are refusing to pay it into the right account as they say they want proof that I did not get the money. Hello, the account is closed meaning the transfer will bounce back with immediate effect. The CEO nogaal is asking for proof when they can just check their own business account.

These people are really dangerous especially Laurika Carstens and Leonie Smit. It will be nice if everyone that has a problem with Essential Med can get together and let's campaign against client brutality. This is a very bad company and if I knew they were the same as Day1 Health, I wouldn't have bothered. I am calling all the troubled consumers, let's fight for our consumer rights.
