Double Deduction

Essential Med made a double deduction in December. 13 December which sent my account into overdraft, and 31 December which is 6 days after my agreed debit date and unlikely to be a system error. This is the second time I've had a double deduction and I don't intend being as patient as I was the last time to get a refund. I tried calling the call centre but got an automated message giving me the business hours and by the looks of it this is a common problem for essential med clients. Seems rather suspicious to me.
