I made a reservations for 14 people, I received a e-mail from Stone Cradle reservations to make a 50% deposit. The reservation was made for 17 March 2013. When we received our bill we need to pay the whole amount of the bill. Then I realised that they did not deducted the 50% depositt, as from then I struggle to get my 50% deposit back. After many phone calls nobody can explain to me whats happening with my deposit. Everjoy blaming HR and when you ask to speak to someone at HR there is nobody available. Even when I asked to speak to the Manager, they also told met that she/he is not available.
