So a while ago I had lodge a complaint on hello peter because I was in need of a settlement letter. Received and all is well - until I decided to check my credit report. As stated by Nedbank they said they would send a request to the credit bureau to update my account as paid up. So 3 months have passed and still nothing - you are so dam quick to list people, but yet when we need something from you, you take your time, you do it on your own leisure. I will never ever, ever, deal with Nedbank again, I would not recommend you to anyone.
