Bad attitude and sass

I went to capitec bankwaterfall mall o open an account and I arrived there just before 14h00 and I was only attended to at 16h00 only to be told that my proof of residential address was not acceptable and Thandi the consultant hat was helping me was full of attitude and sass she was continuously looking at my ID as well as if I was some sort of of criminal and asking some funny questions. I ended up asking to see he manager by the name of Thabo who was not helpful either. If they continue with such attitude they are going to loose. Lot of customers.. I don't appreciate bad attitude t all
