Capitec consultant was rude, and deliberate. Refused to assist, until I called for the manager. Then she became vindictive in her attitude and spiteful- accused me of hitting her?? I would like to see this on camera, as this is a false accusation and also an attack on my character. I have worked for banks, this is not professional or acceptable. I left there n tears. There were other consultants that supported her accusations as well. Real teamwork! The bank manager was unsympathetic and also believed the accusations without proper investigation. Is this the true image of Capitec? Cheap rates for cheap service? I will make sure every person I know or meet are aware of the Waterfronts attitude towards there clients? What about TCF??
