Cell Phone Banking a constant disaste

Can you do something about your cell phone banking? It never works constant problems, one is busy with a transaction and when you have to enter your pin here comes the message (CAPITEC MOBILE BANKING IS NOT AVAILABLE) ALL THE TIME THERE ARE ISSUES.

It cost airtime to use this and yet it never works.
