I bank with FNB, and have never had to have airtime to do cellphone banking, suddenly I get a message on my phone when attempting banking that i have insufficient funds to complete the transaction. [I have a top up contract so on 15th of month thought the problem would be resolved, but alas not] - i have been instructed to purchase more airtime to enable the function again. No communication from Cell C re this new development. this is not acceptable - complete rip off!!!
