Internt and Mobile Banking frustrating

Every month I am more and more frustrated with Capitec Mobile/Internet banking. Each time I have to do something via mobile banking, I go through all the steps, and when I reach the end to confirm, i get a message popping up saying mobile banking is temporarily unavailable. No matter which time of the month it is, this happens frequently. From wanting to purchase airtime or electricity to checking my balance. I am very annoyed and frustrated because I had an emergency today and needed to transfer funds to a person in need and the same thing happened. I'm also dissatisfied with the lack of online transactions that can be done. other than internet transfers, everything else has to be done at a branch. I am strongly considering changing my bank back to the old one. They might not have been the friendliest people around but at least I had the flexibility of doing everything on line in the comfort of my home without the hassles of going to stand in queues at a branch.
