After figthing with them for over 2 years, ove the fact that they illegally put a watch on my account I have now had to resort to legal means to stop it.
In my last discussions with them on this, they lifted the watch. Then they just put it back on again.
I have spoken to my bank, who has advised me to report accitivity on my account and advise them of the case number.
I now have to resort to this, as Clientell seems to be a law unto themselves.
One has no idea when they will put a debit order through as it can happen on any day during the month, if it bounces because you dont know when it will happen, you pick up the bank charge for the reversed item.
