Absolute joke how can we help you???

I have a iPhone 4S that I got on my FNB cheque account, since I got the phone there was some problems, on the 26th of December I gave the phone in for repair at the Istore since it was still under warranty and the phone stoped working all together software failure, the istore refused to repair the phone since it was bought in the UK and I must thus be repaird in the UK. I went into the FNB connect store in Centurion were the person assisted me told me FNB will collect the phone and replace it. Well it took more than two weeks for a courier to collect the phone, now nearly three weeks later R50 a day spent on phone calls to your department I still have no answer or no phone, is this the type of service that you are offering you customers or should I have phoned me premier banker that I pay for every month and that just not exists. I have no phone yet I pay for it, it has cost me more than R400 in phone calls were I get promise for two weeks we will call you back with in a hour??? I want a answer not a promise by 3Feb at 10 and all my phone call expenses reimburse into my fantastic use full platinum account...
