Registered a claim with Keshree on the 19th December 2013. No feedback from her at all unless I phone. Had an assessor here only to be told another would come. The new assessor walked in and walked right out again saying this was not for him. Tried to call Keshree today to find out what is happening only to be told that she was not in and the person who took my call could not help me as it was not his claim. So again we sit and wait. I expected to at least get some direction from Outsurance as to the procedure to follow now.
