GET YOUR ASSESSOR TO ME!!! Due to the heavy rains and hail that occurs, my perimeter wall is no longer standing and it has taken the electric fence down with it. I have damages inside my house and my pool, pool motor etc etc etc.. I contacted Outsurance with whom we have household insurance to log the claim and request a assessor to come out.
I was told that an assessor can only come through next week or the week after.
this is NOT good enough.
I was also told, just do what you can for now and then submit the invoices and outsurance will pay us back. They cant give me an amount to work with... how am i supposed to make a plan if they cant come out and assess the situation and tell me how much they will cover me for... i can get things fixed and spend my money and outsurance will just turn around and say oh NO we dont cover this and that and then I am out of pocket because OUTSURANCE CANNOT get an assessor to me!!! They expect me to be ok with not having external security around my house... WHAT DO I PAY FOR... Plus NO cover without an electric Fence!!!
