All I wanted is for Outsurance to assess the damage on my vehicle and compare it to my insurance assessment to decide who lying.
After the my complaint I received a call from a lady at Outsurance giving me Steyn Verster (head of Claims) details. He requested me to give him statements before they would decide if their client was lying. These statements being requested after a month. WHY COULD THEY NOT REQUEST THESE EARLIER? I only asked for an Outsurance assessor to look at my car. I managed to get two statements which Steyn than analyised to find any problems as OUTSURANCE had no intentions of looking at the claim. He than sends me an e-mail saying the claim is still rejected and has the nerve to CC in his e-mail "AMOS" the man who's recorded call confirms that outsurance clients can damage other peoples property and OUTSURANCE stands by what their client says. There is no integrity in what they are doing. OUTSURANCE DELAYED FOR A MONTH WITH A STINKY ATTITUDE, "OUR CLIENT IS CORRECT" then requests statements to find fault. WHY NOT DO WHAT I INITIALLY REQUESTED - I want an assessor to look at the claim. Given the number of complaints about OUTSURANCE - something needs to be done.
