Efficient Service and Helpful

On the 17th of December last year, lightning took out our freezer and wifi router. In a panic, we had to call on friends and neighbors to help out with all the frozen goods (a freezer fulled with Christmas goodies and food).

I called OUTsurance and Keshree was my advisor. I explained to her that we needed assistance fast since the people helping out were either on their way for the holiday or had little place to spare in their freezers for their own Christmas preparations.

After following up on the 19th, she returned my call and advised that their suppliers who were to replace the appliances, were unfortunately already closed for the holidays. But in understanding my predicament, she got authorization for a cash payment which was done on the same day. We managed to get a freezer in time to get all our frozen goods back and were also able to Skype with friends and family far away to convey our holiday wishes.
