On the 31/12/2003, I had the worst day of my life, when they broke into my place and and almost all my things, the only comfort I had was that I had insurance, I reported the case to the police, and then to outsurance, at this point I was not sure about procedure, as outsurance untill today have not send me a policy schedule, this is 2 plus months later, so I never knew their procedures or how to go about a claim or any thing, well they put a assessor on my claim, today a month later the assessor phones me to inform me that my whole claim is turned down because of a leather jacket and a laptop, cause I had no proof of the jacket I took it off that I do understand, the laptop, I could only give them the series I thought it was off, and still had the power cord and the bag and many people who saw it as I do online trading, If I had the policy wording from outsurance I could of known what to do, like take a inventory of everything or whatever their procedure is, but I got nothing, all my othet things I supplied them with all the proof, now he tells me my whole claim is turned down and my policy cancelled, what sort of insurance company is this, I am disgusted.
