I was at monte casino on the 24th night of December, I proceeded to the cashier desk as I wanted to draw some money from my card as Monte offer this service. Once I had entered my pin, my cell phone got an sms saying that the money was taken off my account, yet the card machine said the process was unsuccessful. I then took this up with the manager who had called nedbank to confirm if the transaction was declined, I was then informed that the bank had received a notification saying it was unsuccessful but yet no reverse transactions had taken place. The money thatwas taken out of my account has still not been returNed after 4 days. I would like to know what is going on with my money and why nothing has been done about it.
